
Yoodli, a maker of AI-powered roleplay and experiential learning tools, raised $40 million in Series B funding, led by WestBridge Capital and supported by Neotribe and Madrona.
The move represents Sheela Foam’s (Sleepwell’s parent firm) first investment in Furlenco since purchasing a 35% stake in July 2023 for ₹300 crore.
The funding will help Yoodli advance its AI coaching, analytics, and personalization offerings, while driving growth in enterprise learning, go-to-market strategies, and professional development. The company will also scale its product, AI research, and customer success teams to support global expansion.

Yoodli’s focus is on reducing the time required for employees to build communication and interpersonal skills by offering adaptive practice rather than content-based training.
WestBridge, which recently led FinBox’s $40 million Series B, has also backed enterprise AI startup UnifyApps and edtech player SpeakX. It further participated in a secondary transaction in Rapido to support Swiggy’s exit.
