Bengaluru’s voice AI startup SuperBryn has raised $1.2 million in pre-seed funding, with Kalaari Capital’s CXXO initiative leading the round.
The round also attracted angel investors, including Rikant Pitti (EaseMyTrip), Arjun Pillai (Docket AI), Sharath Narayanan (Sanas AI), Harish Manian (BMH Group), and actor Nivin Pauly.
The capital will support product development, increase engineering resources, and scale early enterprise implementations.
Founded by Nikkitha Shanker and Neethu Mariam Joy, SuperBryn is building a self-learning, evaluative, and observability layer for enterprise voice AI. Its platform helps enterprises monitor and improve the real-world performance of voice agents, with a focus on high-stakes areas such as healthcare, financial services, and insurance.
The company claims its platform allows enterprises to scale from pilot to production faster by boosting voice AI performance and reducing errors in live environments.
Focusing on global customers, especially in the US, SuperBryn was recently selected for Nasscom’s InnoTrek USA 2025 and the Mphasis Sparkle Innovation Program, offering opportunities to engage with US-based enterprise clients.
