Raj Das, previously the Co-founder and India CEO of Hirect, has unveiled HiBOSS, a hyperlocal search app that links users to job opportunities in their local areas.
HiBOSS is a mobile-first recruitment app that helps SMB owners, managers, and enterprise HR professionals hire nearby talent without intermediaries.
Raj, who has worked in this space for the past five years, previously built and scaled Hirect to 5 million verified job seekers and 200,000 verified employers within two years.
The initiative plans to tackle this challenge by leveraging agentic AI to strip away the extra layers typical of traditional job boards and enable direct access for users via local communities.
For job seekers, HiBOSS offers an interactive way to connect with local employers through a chat-based platform that enables real-time conversations and lets candidates schedule multiple interviews within minutes.
